Our experts are also available flexibly and competently to answer specific questions such as conformity with laws and regulations or documentation requirements.
Feasibility and concept studies
We provide support in the selection of processes and check the suitability for approval and the effects on the environment and society.
As a basis for the investment decision, we prepare detailed cost estimates in order to transparently present investment budgets, planning, installation, and commissioning costs as well as the subsequent operating costs.
Optimisation and modernisation of old plants
Furthermore we also examine the effects of the changes on the present state-of-the-art technology and the approval requirements for the new system configuration.
For these brownfield projects we also prepare cost estimates and profitability studies.

Creation of technical standards & specifications
However, in order to document the customer-specific and often more extensive requirements for the equipment, we draw up technical specifications and standards for process plant components or construction-relevant parts, such as:
- Pipe classification for highest temperatures and pressures as well as corrosive media
- Standards for fittings, instruments, and hook-ups
- Specifications for apparatuses and vessels
- Specifications for steel construction, stairs, stages etc.

As-built recordings and documentation service
Within the scope of the as-built survey, we prepare up-to-date flow diagrams, cause-and-effect lists and other relevant technical documents and supplement missing documents in pressure equipment vessel registers. For example, we can create new apparatus drawings in close cooperation with the Notified Bodies.
We provide support in updating the plant labelling and carry out re-engineering with a focus on process and safety technology.
We check against the current rules and regulations on the conservation of the status quo of existing plants and evaluate conversion measures with regard to the effects on the approvability of the changed plant configuration.
Plotting & Digitalisation
We have 3 DIN A0 colour plotters at our disposal with which image, CAD and PDF files can be printed. We process original documents of the CAD programs Autodesk AutoCAD©, Autodesk Plant 3D© and Microstation Bentley©.
In addition to the plotting work, we carry out corrections or updates to the original plans.
With our DIN A0 scanner we can digitize all plans, drawings, and documents up to this format. They are saved as high-resolution PDF files and named and archived according to customer specifications.
As far as the documents concern the documentation of process engineering plants and pipeline networks, we offer a check for completeness and correctness of the documents in the course of the processing.
