The flowcharts and equipment lists developed from this serve on the one hand to detail the cost estimates and scheduling for the overall project and on the other hand to prepare for the often extensive approval process.

We support our customers in the classification of the approval procedures as well as the relevance test of the applicable legislation, such as the Federal Emissions Control Act (BImSchG) with its ordinances (BImSchV), the Environmental Impact Assessment Act (UVPG) or the state building codes.

We prepare the application documents and accompany our clients through to the successful completion of the approval processes. For this purpose, we provide calculation results for emissions, material flows and quantities, and coordinate concepts for environmental protection, fire and explosion prevention and the state-of-the-art technology in close cooperation with notified bodies.

Regular reviews, also together with the operating personnel, promote the exchange of knowledge and strengthen the identification with the newly planned plant.

All individual components of the overall plant are specified exactly and, after completion of the planning, are then summarized in tender documents. Our independence guarantees that all procurement documents are optimized in terms of costs, benefits, and quality without being tied to specific suppliers or vendors.

In the subsequent tendering process, we support the request for quotation process, help with awarding and procurement and monitor the quality and deadlines of all suppliers.

During a virtual tour of the plant, details on the accessibility of fittings, readability of instruments and general ease of maintenance and accessibility can be agreed with the customer.

The 3D model created by us can be converted into a photorealistic appearance using rendering software in order to present the plant design to third parties, such as authorities or public bodies.

In addition to the monitoring functions, our employees provide additional services such as supplemental management, incoming material inspection and warehousing as well as construction-accompanying plant documentation.
